Regulations for using the Kisskin Jewelry gift card
The capitalized terms used in these Regulations have the following meaning:
Publisher - "Sylwia Włodarczyk Design" with its seat in Warsaw 03-984, at the address: ul. Jugosłowiańska 15a / 25, NIP 113-245-57-49 REGON 382437873. Economic activity is registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), kept by the Minister responsible for economy, which is the issuer of the Gift Card.
Gift Card - an electronic voucher, issued to the bearer, authorizing to make single purchases in the online store www.kisskin.pl within the amount limit set on the Gift Card.
Buyer - a person who purchases a Gift Card from the Publisher in exchange for providing the Publisher with funds in the amount equal to the top-up amount of the Gift Card in order to use it for his own benefit or transfer it to the User.
User - The buyer or each holder of a Gift Card.
Goods - Movable items offered by the Kisskin Jewelry online store.
These Regulations define the general conditions of use of the Gift Card.
The Publisher undertakes to hand over the Gift Card to the Buyer, and then to accept it for implementation in the online store www.kisskin.pl. The Buyer undertakes to provide the Publisher with funds in an amount equal to the top-up amount of the Gift Card and to make transactions with the Gift Card in the online store www.kisskin.pl during the validity period of the Gift Card.
The condition for purchasing a Gift Card is to fill in the registration form, available in the online store www.kisskin.pl, and sign it.
The purchase of the Gift Card is possible only in the online store www.kisskin.pl.
The purchase of a Gift Card by the Buyer is tantamount to concluding a contract for the use of a gift card between the Issuer and the Buyer.
The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part.
The Gift Kata is non-refundable.
The Gift Card can only be used in the online store www.kisskin.pl
The Gift Card is for Kisskin products, the shipping fee is paid according to pricelist.
Subject to paragraph 14 of the Regulations, the validity of the Gift Card is indicated on the card. After the expiry date of the Gift Card, it becomes invalid and does not entitle you to make further purchases in the online store www.kisskin.pl. Any unused funds on the Gift Card are non-refundable.
The Gift Card allows you to make one-time purchases in the online store www.kisskin.pl.
The Issuer accepts only Gift Cards with a validity period not exceeded.
When redeeming the Gift Card, the User is not entitled to receive a change if the value of the purchased Goods is lower than the current value of the funds accumulated on the Gift Card.
If the price of the Goods purchased by the User using the Gift Card is higher than the value of the funds collected on it, the User will be obliged to pay the difference due by using a payment card, credit card or bank transfer.
The Gift Card is not exchangeable or refundable in the event of its loss, theft or damage. The publisher is not responsible for any Gift Cards that were lost (or damaged) after their release to the Purchaser for reasons not attributable to the Publisher.
The redemption of the Gift Card by the User will be valid transaction even in the event that the User gains possession of the Gift Card in an unauthorized way.
The Publisher has the right to refuse to redeem the Gift Card in the event of:
a.the expiry of the Gift Card validity period,
b. lack of funds on the payment card or credit card in the event of a need for additional payment,
c. no impact on the Publisher's account within 7 days from the date of purchase in the event of an additional payment.
All complaints related to the Gift Cards will be considered by the Publisher only on the basis of a written complaint submitted by the User sent to the following address of the Publisher's office: ul. Jugosłowiańska 15a / 25 03-984 Warsaw, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of its receipt.
The complaint should include the name and surname of the person submitting the complaint, correspondence address, the number of the Gift Card, the reason for the complaint with justification - the return form .
The Publisher will inform about the result of considering the complaint in the same form as was submitted immediately after its consideration.
Goods purchased using the Gift Card are non-returnable, you can replace unused and unengraved Goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase.
The basis for recognizing the return of the Goods is the presentation by the User of the proof of purchase of the Goods in the online store www.kisskin.pl.
The issuance of the Purchaser's Gift Card does not constitute a sale subject to tax on goods and services within the meaning of the relevant provisions tax. The Purchaser, at the request of the Publisher at the latest to issue a Gift Card, has the right, as proof of payment to the Publisher of funds, receive only a confirmation of purchase by e-mail from the Publisher, no constituting a fiscal receipt or a VAT invoice. Therefore, only when the voucher is redeemed, i.e. when the goods are purchased on its basis, a tax obligation will arise in the scope of the delivery of the goods to the entity that ultimately holds the coupon.
By purchasing the Gift Card, the Buyer declares that he has read these Regulations and accepts their content and conditions. By using the Gift Card, the User declares that he has read these Regulations and accepts its content and conditions.

The administrator of the Buyers' personal data, processed in connection with the implementation of the Gift Card agreement, is "Sylwia Włodarczyk Design" with its registered office in Warsaw 03-984, at the address: ul. Jugosłowiańska 15a / 25, NIP 113-245-57-49 REGON 382437873. Economic activity is registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG).
The publisher has taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure that the processing of personal data of the Buyers complies with the relevant legal regulations regarding the processing and protection of personal data.
Personal data is processed in order to enable the exercise of the rights specified in these Regulations. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use the above-mentioned permissions.
With the consent of the Purchaser, his personal data will be processed by the Publisher and entities cooperating and associated with the Publisher, for marketing, promotional and advertising purposes, including for the purposes of providing commercial information within the meaning of the Act on the provision of electronic services of July 18, 2002. from the above-mentioned entities, by means of electronic communication - e-mail.
The consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes may be revoked at any time by sending the Publisher by e-mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The buyer has the right to access their data, correct it and request its removal.
They shall apply to all matters not covered by these Regulations provisions of the Civil Code.
The publisher reserves the right to make changes to these Regulations at any time without giving a reason.
These Regulations are valid from August 11, 2019.
